IDF soldiers say potential car-ramming in W. Bank, no injuries, driver at large
Soldiers of the Israel Defense Force (IDF) on Wednesday reported that a car attempted to drive into them in the West Bank near the settlement of Halamish. Local emergency medics reported that there were no injuries but the driver was still at large.
The IDF released a statement shortly after the incident saying that the vehicle had driven "suspiciously" and outside of its lane.
It remains unclear whether it was an attempted attack on the soldiers.
The area is a site of frequent hostilities between Israelis and Palestinians.
This is a developing story.
