Israel: Palestinian dies after head injury sustained in fall while trying to escape IDF
Palestinian reports identified the deceased as 18-year-old Amer Abdel-Rahim Snobar, from the village of Yatma

A Palestinian man believed to be involved in a rock-throwing incident in the West Bank died during pursuit by Israel Defense Forces, the army said in a statement Sunday.
Israeli soldiers arrived near Turmus Ayya, a village in between Ramallah and Nablus, responding to reports of rocks thrown at civilian vehicles. According to the IDF statement, they "identified two suspects who began fleeing, and while running one of them fell and hit his head."
Emergency medical teams were called following failed resuscitation efforts. The IDF said no shots were fired during the incident.
Palestinian reports identified the suspect as Amer Abdel-Rahim Snobar, an 18-year-old from the nearby village of Yatma. According to Arabic media reports, Israeli soldiers pursued his vehicle late Saturday before killing him.
Conflicting reports have surfaced, and the IDF denied alleged eyewitness accounts cited in Palestinian media. According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, citing the Palestinian Health Ministry, Israeli soldiers bludgeoned him to death with the butts of their rifles, while other sources said Snobar was shot.
Dozens of Palestinians were injured in clashes with Israeli security forces earlier in October during an arrest operation near Ramallah.
