Israel gives Board of Peace 3-days to halt kite launches from Gaza or face renewed strikes
"It’s very difficult to deal with something that any child can put together," officials confirmed to i24NEWS

Israel has given the Board of Peace three days to end all kite launches from Gaza or face an escalation.
This comes after yesterday's statements by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz that the launching of kites from Gaza was unacceptable.
Israel indicated that should the launches not end, it will re-expand airstrikes in Gaza to evacuated areas.

Officials confirmed the ultimatum to i24NEWS, saying, "It’s very difficult to deal with something that any child can put together."
They stressed that so far no incendiary devices had been used, but that there was still concern nonetheless.
Following the ultimatum, Egypt, Turkey, and Qatar have begun pressuring Hamas to end the launches.
Incendiary kites were a key feature of Hamas' strategy during Operation Guardian of the Walls in 2021.
