Search for missing Israeli Ami Yogev on Mount Olympus enters second week
United Hatzalah joined Greek fire and rescue services as well as the Greek military and police in the search for Ami Yogev
The search for missing Israeli Ami Yogev on Mount Olympus continues as it enters its second week.
Yogev went missing on Mount Olympus on September 20. Previous search attempts were hampered by heavy cloud cover at higher elevations.
Yogev was last seen at the summit, where he took a picture. His car and other belongings were found in the parking lot.
United Hatzalah joined Greek fire and rescue services as well as the Greek military and police in the search for Yogev.
A United Hatzalah delegation member said: “We remain hopeful that we can help locate Ami and bring him home to his family.”
Yogev's family has launched an appeal because they cannot afford the cost of a private search.
