Israeli security forces arrested nine wanted Palestinians, including three Hamas operatives, during overnight raids on Thursday.

Three of the men were wanted for suspected involvement in nationalistic activities and violent disturbances against civilians and security forces, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement.

Among those arrested were three operatives for the Gaza-based Hamas organization from the West Bank villages of Qalqiliya and Jab'a.

All nine men were transferred to Israeli security forces for questioning, the army said.

Israeli soldiers regularly carry out nightly raids across the West Bank, routinely detaining suspects wanted for low-level terror attacks, illegal weapons possession, and other security related offenses.
