Stop handing out money to terrorists, Trump tells Abbas

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday indicated to his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas the US won’t tolerate the Palestinian Authority handing out cash to families of terrorists guilty of murdering Israelis.
According to a White House press release, during their White House meeting Trump also urged Abaas to clamp down on anti-Israeli incitement in the Palestinian education system.
“President Trump emphasized the importance of making a clear commitment to preventing inflammatory rhetoric and to stopping incitement, and to continue strengthening efforts to combat terrorism,” the statement read.
“President Trump raised his concerns about payments to Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails who have committed terrorist acts, and to their families, and emphasized the need to resolve this issue.”
Israel considers the strong anti-Israeli messages in Palestinian education to be one of the stumbling blocks for a peaceful resolution of the long-standing conflict.
Trump voiced a message of optimism after hosting Abbas at the White House Wednesday for what he said would be "terrific" talks on relaunching the Middle East peace process.
Trump affirmed that he hopes to "start a process" for peace negotiations and said that he had spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about jump starting peace talks. Trump stated that when he took office he was told by many that achieving peace would be an impossible task.
"Let's prove them wrong," Trump said.

US must cut funding to PA. Abbas will always find others to pay the terrorists.
Did Trump really tell Abbas to stop the incitements or he just tells us that he'd done it? But he "forgot" to do it in person. Witnesses please.
