Qatar expells Iranian military attaché from Doha following strikes
After the attacks on the gas fields in the kingdom, Qatar declared the military and security attaché at the embassy in Doha as persona non grata and is demanding that they leave the country

After the Iranian attack on its soil Sunday night following an Israeli strike on Iran's South Pars gas field, Qatar announced that the military attaché and the security attaché at the Iranian embassy in Doha are persona non grata and is demanding that they leave the country within 24 hours.
The Qatari Foreign Ministry clarified that this decision comes in the wake of repeated Iranian attacks and the 'brutal assault' that harmed the country and violated its sovereignty and security, constituting a blatant violation of the principles of international law, UN Security Council Resolution No. (2817), and the rules of good neighborly relations.

The ministry emphasized that the continued aggressive approach by Iran would be met with further action in a manner that would ensure the protection of Qatar's sovereignty, security, and national interests. The United Arab Emirates also expressed their outrage over the attacks, saying, "We condemn the Iranian terrorist attack on the gas field in Qatar."
Qatar's state-owned oil and gas company, QatarEnergy, said that ‘extensive damage' had been caused after Iran launched four ballistic missiles at Ras Laffan Industrial City. Qatar said that four missiles were intercepted, but the fifth hit Ras Laffan. In a second attack on the same day, Qatar said that two additional missiles were launched from Iran at the Industrial City and that both were intercepted.
Iranian news agencies also reported that several targets in Bahrain were attacked, including the King Fahd Bridge that connects Bahrain to Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan says that Iran’s attacks on its neighbors “will have consequences,” stating that if Iran thinks the Gulf states are incapable of responding, it is mistaken, adding that Gulf countries "reserve the right to take military actions if deemed necessary."

QatarEnergy later confirmed that a third strike was conducted overnight into Thursday, causing 'extensive further damage' to several Ras Laffan Industrial City LNG facilities.
US President Trump threatened to 'massively blow up the entirety of the South Pars Gas Field' if Iran attacked Qatar, adding that he was not informed on Israel's plans to strike South Pars field.

Later on Wednesday, Iran's IRGC Navy Commander, Alireza Tangsiri warned the US that it would begin targeting US-affiliated oil facilities. "With the target bank updated, oil facilities associated with the US are now on par with American bases and will come under fire with full force. We warn citizens and workers to stay away from these facilities," Tangsiri said.
