Pro-Palestinian activists demand Israeli soccer player Solomon be removed from West Ham
“We will continue to support Palestine and make our voices heard until Solomon leaves the club”

Pro-Palestinian activists gathered outside West Ham’s training ground overnight from Monday into Tuesday, calling on the club to part ways with Israeli international Manor Solomon.
Carrying Palestinian flags, the protesters released a video criticizing the London club’s decision to sign the player.
“Some of us are West Ham supporters. We will continue to support Palestine and make our voices heard until he leaves the club,” they said.
The protest took place just hours before West Ham’s English League Cup match against Southampton, which was expected to see Solomon face fellow Israeli international Daniel Peretz, Southampton’s goalkeeper.
Solomon began the 2026–27 season by scoring in West Ham’s 2–2 draw with Burnley. His side then suffered a 1–0 defeat to Charlton in their second match.
At the time of publication, West Ham had not publicly responded to the protesters’ demands.
